Propel Labs came to LINK with a new flagship concept that would incorporate both a cell sorter and a containment hood that would allow the product to be stand-alone and conserve both space and benefit from some much needed User Centered Design considerations. After a deep dive of reseach, onsite user interviews and video of usage cases of the many types of cell sorters and flow cytometer. From this, we identified key takeaways that built the user interface and form of the BIGFOOT.

 

My role in this project was in pitching the client, scoping the overall project, charting out the research process, preparing client presentations and managing all LINK deliverables to Propel. See the video below for how much amazing tech the Propel team was able to pack into the product.
